Man. I think I have a fetish with nerdy guys. You know, like the underdogs. It's a complete turn on for me. I've been really realizing it for the past few months. You know, the guys that can stay at home and play video games and read comic books or watch Star Wars and whatever they do. I'm sure this is why I started dating Mat. He was the scrawney guy at a party playing Tekken and wearing an Astro Boy sweater when I met him. It was so cute. Well, I met him a few days before but he was at the university and he was coming from the gym. Not nearly as cool a playing Tekken, I had no interest at all until I met him later.

I went to see School for Scoundrels with Mat tonight and I had such a crush on Jon Heder's character. He was adorable. Yeah, he's the guy from Napolean Dynamite. Anyway, I really had to get that out. Not like Gimpy's sidekick, Mump off of Undergrad's. I would say more of the Nitz character. If I am going to analyze my life using a one season long cartoon from 2001. One of the better shows from TV at least.

Undergrads and Mission Hill used to be two of my favorite shows back in the day. they were beyond hilarious. I think Clone High was on around the same time as well. Also equally fabulous. 2001 was a good year for hilariosity. I don't think that Mission HIll really got the respect it deserved though. I always ask people if they have seen it, but not many people remember it. It had the penis guy, I don't think I've laughed as hard ever when I saw the penis guy for the first time. I should get the season on DVD. Money well wasted at least. I would if I ddn't just buy an entire new wardrobe to make myself happy. And I'm trying to save up to go to school in England in the Spring to finish my degree. That was the most pompous thing I have ever said/written.

I realised that I was really lame by going to sleep so early. Well, I was told this yesterday when I was talking to someone on MSN and said that I was going to bed and it was only 12:30. Well it's 12:42 right now and everyone but me is in bed right now. Except for Amanda, she's gone out with Kelly. But I'm staying up. Even though said person was on msn just like me on a friday night. At least I'm up. Going for the long run. Maybe I can get some reading done for school. The puppy is up kind of. Harley and I re going to bond watching Red Green now.

Capatain's Log,
So I started volunteering at The Rooms (museum and centre for Archaeology and Ethnology, I think is how it was described) today.  It's pretty sweet, I was in not one, but two vaults  today and through unnecessarily tall 10 foot doors (maybe they actually have a purpose like really big artifacts, but whatever).  I had  a good time, back to remebering how to cataloge artifacts, which actually took some pratice to remember.  Eventually I remebered that if I have to ask "What is this?' no matter what it looks like or what colour it is, it's chert.  Not that you care. We finished cataloguing the artifacts that were found during the last couple days of feild school, next time we get to move on to working on different stuff.  I'm excited to work with stuff that I'm not familiar with.  Anyway, that is all I have to say about that.  I'm going to eat a drumstick now.

Today on the bus I saw a boy in a bus shelter stuck between the glass and the bench.  Just his head was sticking up above the bench.  The bus driver had to call someone to remove the bench.  It was hilarious.

Who is so awesome the YMCA wants to hire them for only 2 remaining weeks of the summer? 

I will give you a hint.

Screw each and every one of you.  I'm happy your entire culture probably died out.  Why don't you write your own stupid paper?  Maybe if hadn't been so busy hiding tools in the ground you would have found time to build a MacDonalds, or a Burger King with big fat baby seal burgers.  Thn maybe you would still be around to tell me what the hell you were thinking.  I want to punch you in your big dead faces.

So feild school is pretty good except for this one girl, one might know her on the livejournal community as angiebaby709.  She is a crazy hoe.  She threw a jellyfish at me because she is jealous because I am a better flint knapper than her.  Anyway, she is a slut.  I have to go and watch a movie before I go to bed.  By the way Angela, I've been stealing your stuff.

So I'm in the Ferry Terimal now.  They have free wireless internet which is a big fun time party.  MAnda and Scott just left, so what better time to update my lj?
Feild School starts tommorow!  Hooray!  I'm really excited.  There are two classes in St John's, then it is off to Baie Verte on Friday.  It also gives me time to look at some houses.  I have an appointment tommorow evening, but the house sounds kind of small.  We'll see I guess.  THere is a totally awesome cool house that is big (2000 square feet) and across the road from aquarena that looks really great.  I'm going to try to set up an appointment for that one, but there are people occupying it right now so I don't know if I will be able to get in within the short amount of time I'm in St John's.  But since it's practically on campus I'll sneak around it and check it out.  Maybe I'll run their house to check the water pressure.  Hahaha.  Or not.
I wonder what movies will be playing while I'm there.  Last year it was Ice Princess and ome other crappy ones (Sorry Kelly Harvey, Ice Princess just doesn't cut it).  Maybe they'll do better this year.  They year before 13 Going on 30 was playig, which was pretty awesome.  I don't think Susan and Franco exactly agreed , though. 
I hope I'll be able to nap on the boat.  I had 3 hours sleep before I came and 2 hours the night before.  I'm not running on much gas here.
I just heard someone say they are going to start moving passengers on to the boat.  I better go!

Dear LJ,
So I have not been very keen on updating as of late.  Been much to tired/busy with working and whatnot.  But I realised something today and I had to update about it.  It's my dog, Clio.  I was trying to take her picture today and I was hit with a realization: My dog is totally emo.  Fashion and music aside (who says I can't completely change definitions to completely suit my own musings), Clio knows how to rock the emo scene.  Anyway, so we were taking pictures and I think that I should make her a myspace. She knows how to do the angles.
